Everyone is looking for the magic formula for losing weight and staying healthy. The alarming rate of obesity in the world today is causing many to look at fad diets, expensive exercise equipment, and even costly gym memberships. While exercise is good there is a tried and true formula that works much better than all that. Good nutrition and regular exercise is the perfect formula that continues to work without specialized equipment or crazy diets.
By simply eating a balanced diet, with small portions, and being active during the week, you will find that your weight stays within normal parameters and you have more energy. The nutrition your body needs for a high metabolism, energy, and staying healthy. Fresh vegetables, fruits, high protein sources, and minimal fat is the best way to keep your weight in check. Regular exercise in the form of walking, hiking, swimming, or riding a bike is a great way to also stay in shape while keeping your heart healthy. Schedule four to five smaller meals through the day consisting of fresh foods and protein sources, while also staying active through the week, and you will no longer fight the battle of bulge. Instead, your only problem will be finding new clothes as the old ones will be too big to wear.
